摘要
为了探讨不同垫料对肉鸡舍内氨气浓度、肉鸡血液生化指标和生产性能的影响,本试验选1日龄817杂交肉鸡480只,平均分成中药渣组(1组)、洛东酵素组(2组)、EM菌组(3组)和对照组(4组),每组3个重复。第30天,检测舍内氨气浓度,第35天测定血浆氨浓度及血清葡萄糖、总蛋白、球蛋白和尿素氮浓度,每周测定生产性能。结果表明:1肉鸡舍内氨气浓度,1组显著低于3组和4组(P<0.05),2、3组差异不显著(P>0.05),4组显著高于1、2、3组(P<0.05);21组血浆氨、血清葡萄糖和血清尿素氮的浓度显著低于其他各组(P<0.05),血清总蛋白浓度显著高于3组和4组(P<0.05),血清球蛋白浓度显著高于2、3、4组(P<0.05);3采食量、体增重和出栏体重差异显著(P<0.05),各组料重比差异不显著(P>0.05)。本试验条件下,中药渣作为垫料对降低鸡舍氨气浓度具有很好的效果,有利于肉鸡生产潜能的发挥。
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different padding on ammonia concentration of broiler house,performance and blood indexes of the broilers.Four hundred and eighty one-day-old broilers were divided into 4groups,with 3replications per group,each group with different padding.On 30 days,ammonia concentrations were detected in the broiler house,and on 35 days,6chickens in each group were chosen to test the blood glucose,blood ammonia,serum total protein,globulin,glucose and urea nitrogen concentration.During the test,the body weight,weight gain,feed intake and feed/gain were calculated every week.The main results were showed as follows:1)Different padding had significant influence on the ammonia concentration in the shed(P〈0.05),the ammonia concentration of group 1was significantly lower than that of group 3and group 4(P〈0.05),group 2and group 3did not show significant difference(P〉0.05),group 4was significantly higher than that of group 1,group 2and group 3(P〈0.05);2)The difference of blood biochemical indexes of each group was significant(P〈0.05),concentration of blood glucose,blood ammonia and serum urea nitrogen of group 1was significantly lower than that of other groups(P〈0.05),serum total protein concentration was significantly higher than that of group 3and group 4(P〈0.05),serum globulin concentration was significantly higher than that of group 2,3and 4(P〈0.05);3)The difference of feed intake,weight gain and slaughter weight was significant(P〈0.05),feed/gain has no significant difference in each group(P〉0.05).It's concluded that the herb residue used for padding can effectively reduce the ammonia concentration in the broiler house and give full play to the performance of broilers.
