胱抑素C异常患者部分实验室检查指标分析

Analysis on partial laboratory detection indexes in patients with abnormal cystatin C

目的研究胱抑素C(Cys C)异常患者的部分实验室指标。方法收集2014年8月至2015年2月在该院就诊的患者相关数据,进行Cys C异常患者和Cys C正常患者部分实验室检查指标数据的比较。结果肾脏疾病组Cys C和对照组Cys C比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Cys C异常组Cys C和对照组Cys C比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Cys C异常组RBC、Hb、HCT(男、女)均低于参考范围;GLU、TP、Alb虽在参考范围内,但较对照组低,UA较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Cys C异常的患者存在一定程度的营养不良。

Objective To study the partial laboratory detection indicators in the patients with abnormal cystatin C（Cys C）.Methods The relevant data in the patients of our hospital from August 2014 to February 2014 were collected and the partial laboratory detection indicators were compared between the patients with normal Cys C and the patients with abnormal Cys C.ResultsCys C had statistical difference between the kidney disease group and the control group（P〈0.05）;Cys C had statistical difference between the abnormal Cys C group and the control group（P〈0.05）,RBC,Hb,HCT（male,female）in the abnormal Cys C group were lower than the reference ranges;while GLU,TP and Alb in the abnormal Cys C group were within the reference ranges,but lower than those in the control group,UA was higher than that in the control group with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Certain degree of malnutrition exists in the patients with abnormal Cys C.
