摘要
目的探讨瑞典CellaVision DM96自动化数字细胞形态学分析系统(DM96)对浆膜腔积液有核细胞分类的能力。方法选取2015年3月西安交通大学第二附属医院住院患者浆膜腔积液标本36份,通过日本Sysmex自动推片机SP-1000i和手工推片染色2种方法对36份浆膜腔积液标本进行瑞氏染色,染色后的涂片使用DM96自动化数字细胞形态学分析系统进行有核细胞分类,计算DM96的分类结果与Sysmex XT-4000i结果的一致性和相关性。结果使用DM96检测浆膜腔积液有核细胞的分类结果与XT-4000i体液模式的分类结果具有较好的一致性,且DM96细胞图像拍摄清晰,自动化程度高。结论表明DM96型数字细胞形态分析系统是可靠和有效的,对提高浆膜腔积液标本的细胞形态学分析有意义。
Objective To explore the capacity of the Sweden CellaVision DM96 automatic digital cell morphology analysis system(DM96)in nucleated cell classification of serous cavity effusion.Methods 36 specimens of serous cavity effusion were selected from the inpatients of Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi′an Jiaotong University in March 2015 and performed the Wright staining by the two kinds of method,the Japanese Sysmex SP-1000Ⅰ automatic smearing machine and manual smearing,after staining,the smear was performed the nucleated cells classification by DM96.The consistency and relevance of the classification results by DM96 with those by the Sysmex XT-4000 iwere calculated.Results The classification results by DM96 had better consistency with the results by XT-4000 i,moreover the cell images taking by DM96 were clear with high automatic degree.Conclusion The DM96 automated digital nucleated cell morphology analysis system is reliable and effective,and has a significance for improving the cellular morphological analysis of serous cavity effusion specimen.
