换流阀饱和电抗器铁芯硅钢片绝缘耐压分析 被引量:7

摘要 饱和电抗器是直流换流阀的关键设备之一,在晶闸管开通和关断过程中,电抗器铁芯硅钢片会感应出较大的涡流电场,直接影响硅钢片绝缘耐电强度的设计。本文基于磁准静态场,推导了铁芯硅钢片叠片之间的耐压计算公式,并通过COMSOL软件进行仿真分析,验证了公式的正确性。本文所推公式对饱和电抗器的铁芯设计具有重要的指导意义。 Saturable reactor is one of the essential equipments of the DC converter valves.The core silicon-steel sheets will induce high electric field in the process of turning-on and turning-off of the thyristor,which will have a dramatic impact on the voltage stress between the silicon steels-sheets.Based on the quasi-static magnetic field,the calculation formula of withstanding voltage between the silicon steels-sheets is derived,and it is verified by comparing the formula calculation and the simulation result which is obtained by the COMSOL software.The formula proposed in this paper has a guiding significance for the saturable reactor core design.
