基于PCS7的锅炉顺序控制系统设计

Design for Sequential Control System of Boiler Based on PCS7

针对火力发电机组启动和停运过程中的诸多复杂问题,基于西门子过程控制系统PCS7,设计了锅炉自启停顺序控制系统。利用PCS7中顺序功能图(SFC)及SMPT-1000,实现锅炉开车、停车及保护控制。结果表明,所设计的系统能够实现一键式启、停,具有较好的安全性、稳定性、简便性,控制效果良好。

Aiming at the many complex issues of the thermal power generating units start and stop operation,automatic start up and shutdown sequential control system of boiler is designed based on Siemens PCS7.Boiler driving,parking and protection control can be realized by using sequential function chart in PCS7（ SFC） and SMPT-1000.The results show that the designed system with the advantages of safety,simple,good stability,good control effect can realize the one button start and stop.
