摘要
采用低碳微合金化、控轧控冷技术相结合,试制了两种强度级别的汽车传动轴轴管用高强钢。通过对高强钢CCT、TTT曲线的模拟及其CCT曲线的实测分析了高强钢的组织构成;通过激光共聚焦显微镜、扫描电子显微镜重点分析了高强钢的显微组织结构;并对高强钢力学性能进行了检测。结论表明:两种钢显微组织均由细小的近等轴状的铁素体构成;两种钢的屈服强度分别达到600 MPa级(C:0.062wt.%,Ti:0.07wt.%,Nb:0.017wt.%)和700MPa级(C:0.043wt.%,Ti0.08wt.%,Nb:0.057wt.%)。
This paper adopts the low carbon microalloyed,control method combining the technology of controlled cooling,and try to make the two strength level of automobile transmission shaft axis work of identity.Through to the HSLA steels of CCTS,TTT curve of simulation and its CCT curve of the measured the HSLA steels of the organization; With a laser confocal microscope,scanning electron microscope,we focus on high strength steel microstructure structure analysis; And we have HSLA steels of mechanical properties were tested.Conclusion shows that the two kinds of steel microstructure is composed of tiny almost equiaxed ferrite; Two kinds of steel yield strength of 600 mpa grade( C: 0.062 wt.%,Ti: 0.07 wt.%,Nb: 0.017 wt.%) respectively and700 MPa grade( c: 0.043 wt.%,Ti0.08 wt.%,Nb: 0.057 wt.%) respectively.
