论民族地区高校思想政治理论课教师应具备的素质

On the Qualities of College Ideological and Political Teachers in Minority Regions

民族地区高校思想政治理论课教师肩负培养和造就民族地区合格建设人才的重任,应具备相应的较高综合素质及个人修养。当前,在民族地区高校思想政治理论课教师队伍中,还存在一些问题,制约这支队伍的进一步发展,例如教师的思想政治理论水平,教师素养等亟待不断提高、工作积极性和教学水平有待提高等问题,从根本上解决这些问题需要不断提高教师素养,包括政治思想、身心素质、创新素质等。

Ideologica and political college teachers carry the responsibility for cultivating qualified talents for minority regions. They should process relatively high comprehensive quality. At present, there still exist problems in ideological and political teachers, which restricts the further development of teachers team. For example, their ideo- logical and political theoretical standard and teaeher~ quality need to be constantly improved, so are the working en- thusiam and teaching standard. These problems should be solved to improve teacher~ quality including ideological thinking, personal quality and innovative quality etc.
