高职学生能力培养的增值研究

The Value-added Research for Higher Vocational Student' Competence Cultivation

高等职业教育教学改革始终是高等职业教育的热点和关键点,本文从如何提升高职学生的能力为出发点,通过在专业课程教学中引入增值评价、二者结合、评价学生在课程学习前后相关能力的增值情况,分析探讨提升课程教学质量的新方法和学生对自身能力提升的自我评价。

Higher vocational education teaching reform has always been the hot and key point of higher voca- tional education. Starting from how to improve student~ competence,through an introduction of value -added in the professional course teaching,the combination of related ability before and after the evaluation of students in the course of appreciation, this paper analyzes and explores new ways of improving the quality of teaching and students ＂self- assessment to their competence improvement.
