摘要
《国务院关于加快发展养老服务业的若干意见》提出开展老年人住房反向抵押养老保险试点。本文分析了我国住房反向抵押养老保险的实施障碍，从观念、政策、市场等不同层面进行了深入的探讨与分析，并提出了相应的对策以供参考。
Opinions of the State Council on accelerating the development of pension services Proposed to carry out the elderly housing reverse mortgage pension insurance make experiment. This paper analyzes the housing reverse mortgage pension insurance implementary barriers, deeply discuss and analyze from different aspects such as conception, policy, market and raise the corresponding countermeasures for reference.
