The Study on Cultivating the Energy Efficiency Market System of China

在经济新常态背景下,我国能源供应总量不足与高耗能式经济增长对生态环境造成损害的压力促使应尽快启动节能量市场交易体系建设,以提高经济增长质量和促进国民经济可持续发展。节能量市场是一个复杂、完整的资源配置体系,包含了机制创新、节能量分配、交易市场完善和审核办法制定等四个操作系统。基于节能量市场四个操作系统,结合我国经济发展实际,提出构建我国节能量交易市场化体系的建议。

The lack of energy supply and energy-intensive economic growth amid the ＂ new normal＂ of economic development promote the building of energy efficiency market trading system in China so as to improve the quality of economic growth and to promote the sustainable development of the economy. The energy efficiency market is a complex and integrated resource allocation system which includes four operation systems of mechanism innovation,energy distribution,trading market perfection and the formulation of auditing methods.Based on the four systems and the development of Chinese economy,this paper gives proposals of building the energy efficiency market system of China.
