不同配比当归-川芎药对的抗炎、镇痛作用实验研究

The Anti-inflammatory and Analgesic Effects of Different Proportion between Angelica and Chuanxiong

目的观察当归-川芎药对抗炎、镇痛的药理作用,并比较不同配比药对抗炎、镇痛作用的差异。方法将当归-川芎药对分别按照1∶1、3∶2、2∶1、3∶1的质量比例配制水煎液,用二甲苯耳廓肿胀法、蛋清足趾肿胀法检测不同配比药对的抗炎作用;用热板法、甲醛法、醋酸扭体法观测不同配比药对的镇痛作用。结果不同配比当归-川芎药对能减轻小鼠二甲苯所致耳廓肿胀及蛋清所致足趾肿胀度,以1∶1配伍比例效果最佳;能提高小鼠热板疼痛痛阈值、降低甲醛疼痛舔足次数及醋酸疼痛扭体次数,以1∶1、3∶2配伍比例效果最佳。结论当归-川芎药对具有抗炎、镇痛作用,不同配比之间药效存在差异。

Objective To explore the pharmacological action of Angelica- Chuanxiong＇s anti- inflammatory and analgesic effects along with those of the different proportions between Angelica and Chuanxiong. Methods To prepare decoction of Angelica and Chuanxiong in propotion of 1∶ 1,3∶ 2,2∶ 1,3∶ 1,use Xylene auricle swelling method and Egg white toes swelling method to detect anti- inflammatory effects on the different proportions. The analgesic effects of Angelica- Chuanxiong were observed by hot plate test,acetic acid and formaldehyde- induced pain respectively. Results Different proportions of Angelica and Chuanxiong can reduce the inflammation induced by Xylene auricle swelling method and Egg white toes swelling method,in which the effect of 3∶ 2 group is the best; can increase pain threshold induced by hot plate,and reduce the pain caused by formaldehyde and acetic acid,in which 1 ∶ 1 and 3 ∶ 2 group are the better. Conclusion Angelica-Chuanxiong has an anti- inflammatory and analgesic effect,there are apparent differences between groups of different proportions.
