艾灸不同选穴对乳腺增生症大鼠血清激素水平的影响

Effects of Different Acupuncture Point Selections of Moxibustion on Hormone Levels in Rats with Mammary Gland Hyperplasia

目的观察艾灸不同穴位对实验性乳腺增生症大鼠血清激素水平的影响。方法将50只健康雌性SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、艾灸局部取穴组、艾灸远端取穴组和抓握组5组,每组10只。采用雌孕激素联合造模法复制大鼠乳腺增生症模型,造模成功后取穴进行艾灸治疗,治疗结束后取材检测大鼠乳头直径,血清雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)、促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)和孕酮(P)水平。结果与正常组比较,模型组大鼠乳头直径明显增大,血清E2、LH及GnRH水平明显升高(均P<0.05),P水平明显降低(P<0.05),FSH水平有一定程度升高,但无统计学意义;与模型组比较,艾灸局部取穴组和艾灸远端取穴组大鼠乳头直径明显减小,E2、LH及GnRH水平明显降低(均P<0.05),P、FSH水平明显升高(均P<0.05);与艾灸局部取穴组比较,艾灸远端取穴组大鼠乳头直径明显减小,E2、LH及GnRH水平明显降低(均P<0.05),P、FSH水平明显升高(均P<0.05)。结论艾灸对乳腺增生症大鼠有显著的治疗效果,其机制与改善血清相关激素水平有关,且远端取穴疗效优于局部取穴。

Objective To research the effects of different acupuncture point selections of moxibustion on hormone levels in rats with mammary gland hyperplasia. Methods 50 healthy female SD rats were divided into 5 groups randomly,which were normal group,model group,local acupoints moxibustion group,distal acupoints moxibustion group and grasp group,with 10 rats in each group. Select the method of combined estrogen- progestin intramuscular copying breast hyperplasia rats,after the model was replicated successfully,moxibustion was used for treatment,detected after treatment. Results Compared with the normal group,model group were significantly increased in rats nipple diameter,E2,LH and GnRH levels were significantly increased,P levels were significantly lower（ P〈0. 05）,FSH levels had increased to some extent,but not statistically significant; compared with the model group,local acupoints moxibustion group and distal acupoints moxibustion group were significantly reduced in rats nipple diameter,E2,LH and GnRH levels were significantly lower,P,FSH levels were significantly increased（ P〈0. 05）; compared with the local acupoints moxibustion group,distal acupoints moxibustion group were significantly reduced in rats nipple diameter,E2,LH and GnRH levels were significantly lower,P,FSH levels were significantly increased（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion Moxibustion on rat mammary gland hyperplasia has a significant therapeutic effect,the mechanism associated with the improvement of serum hormone levels,and the distal acupoints efficacy is better than local acu points.
