天麻素缓释片治疗脑外伤后综合征的疗效及对IGF-1、IL-6表达的影响

Curative Effect of Gastrodin Sustained-release Tablets in Treatment of Post Traumatic Brain Syndrome and its Effect on Expression of IGF-1,IL-6

目的观察天麻素缓释片与天麻素普通片对脑外伤后综合征(PTBS)的治疗效果及其对人胰岛素样生长因子(IGF-1)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)表达的影响。方法 90例PTBS患者随机分为3组,每组各30例。A组在常规治疗基础上给予天麻素缓释片治疗;B组在常规治疗基础上给予天麻素普通片治疗;C组(对照组)仅给予常规治疗。统计3组临床疗效、人胰岛素样生长因子(IGF-1)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)水平变化、心理状况、安全性。结果 A组临床疗效高于B组、C组,而B组高于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,A组、B组血清IGF-1、IL-6水平均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),且A组下降幅度大于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组SCL-90总分较治疗前明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组患者均无肝肾功能及血象异常情况出现。结论天麻素缓释片可改善PTBS患者头痛、眩晕等临床症状,减轻患者脑组织缺血缺氧程度、改善和保护神经系统功能,抑制炎症反应,改善患者心理状态,临床疗效佳,且安全性较高。

Objective To observate the curative effect of Gastrodin Sustained- release Tablets in treatment of post traumatic brain syndrome（ PTBS） and its effect on expression of insulin- like growth factor- 1（ IGF- 1）,interleukin 6（ IL- 6）. Methods 90 cases with PTBS were randomly divided into 3 groups,30 cases in each. Group A received Gastrodin Sustained- release Tablets on the basis of routine treatment; Group B received Gastrodine Tablets on the basis of routine treatment; Group C（ control group） only received routine treatment.Clinical curative effect and IGF 1,IL- 6 level changes,psychological status and safety were detected. Results Clinical efficacy of group A was higher than group B,group C,while group B was higher than group C,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. In Group A and Group B after treatment,the level of serum IGF- 1,IL- 6 significantly decreased than before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,and Group A decreased more obviously than Group B,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）; total score of SCL- 90 in Group A was significantly decreased,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. In three groups after treatment,patients＇ liver and kidney function and blood indexes were normal. Conclusion Gastrodin can improve PTBS patients＇ clinical symptoms such as headache,dizziness,alleviate the degree of cerebral ischemic anoxia,improve and protect the function of nervous system,inhibit inflammation,improve patients＇ psychological status,clinical efficacy,and its safety is higher.
