疏风宣散止咳方联合抗生素治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘患者临床疗效观察及其安全性评价

Clinical Observation and its Safety Evaluation of Shufengxuansan Zhike Fang Combined with Antibiotic in Treatment of Cough Variant Asthma

目的观察疏风宣散止咳方联合抗生素治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘患者临床疗效。方法 80例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者随机分为两组。治疗组采用疏风宣散止咳方联合抗生素治疗,对照组采用抗生素治疗。两组连续服用14d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后评价两组疗效、外周血嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)和嗜酸性细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)、血清免疫球蛋白(Ig E)、血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白介素-6(IL-6)及安全性评价。结果治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组EOS和ECP治疗后较治疗前显著减少(P<0.05);治疗组EOS和ECP治疗后显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组血清Ig E治疗后较治疗前显著减少(P<0.05);治疗组血清Ig E治疗后显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组血清TNF-α和IL-6治疗后较治疗前显著减少(P<0.05),而对照组治疗前后比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗组血清TNF-α和IL-6治疗后显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组均未见严重不良反应。结论疏风宣散止咳方联合抗生素治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘患者临床疗效显著,安全可靠,具有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and evaluate its safty of Shufengxuansan Zhike Fang combined with Antibiotic in treatment of cough variant asthma. Methods 80 cases of cough variant asthma were randomly divided into treatment group（ n = 40） and control group（ n = 40）. The treatment group received Shufengxuansan Zhike Fang combined with Antibiotic,the control group recieved Antibiotics,14 d for a course of treatment,evaluating the effect of two groups after two courses of treatment,including EOS and ECP,serum Ig E,serum TNF- α and IL- 6,and its safety. Results After treatment,the total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than control group（ P〈0. 05）; EOS and ECP of both groups significantly reduced（ P〈0. 05）; EOS and ECP of treatment group was significantly lower than control group（ P〈0. 05）; serum Ig E of both groups significantly reduced（ P〈0. 05）; serum Ig E of treatment group after treatment was significantly lower than control group（ P〈0. 05）; serum TNF alpha and IL- 6 of treatment group significantly reduced（ P〈0. 05）,while the control group before and after treatment was no statistical difference（ P〉0. 05）; serum TNF alpha and IL- 6 of treatment group was significantly lower than control group（ P〈0. 05）; no serious adverse reaction was found in both groups. Conclusion The clinical effect of Shufengxuansan Zhike Fang combined with Antibiotic in treatment of cough variant asthma is distinct,safe and reliable,is of great significance in application.
