城市SOHO公寓发展及现状调查——以银川西夏万达SOHO为例

科技进步、信息时代发展使得富有居住办公一体化特征的SOHO公寓应运而生。SOHO公寓在城市变化中不断发展,近年来呈现出小套型、精装修的态势。文章以银川西夏万达SOHO为例,调研了整体区位、建筑套型、功能空间等方面,发现其功能多样化、空间私密性和灵活性高等优点,同时指出绿化面积不足、缺少公共交往空间等设计缺陷。
