生态文明视角下城市住区规划策略研究

Study of Urban Settlements Planning Strategy in Ecological Civilization Perspective

在我国快速城镇化进程中,住房建设是健康城镇化的保障。但新形势下面临资源紧张与环境恶化等社会问题,如何在生态文明视角下规划城市住区值得思考。本文总结当前城市住区规划的新背景新要求,提出城市住区规划建设的现状问题,从场地规划、绿色建筑设计、低碳交通规划、低碳能源利用、绿色建材使用、水循环体系、居民生活节能、减轻热岛效应等八个方面阐述了生态文明视角下城市住区规划建设的策略。

In the process of rapid urbanization in our country,housing construction is the guarantee of the healthy urbanization.But faced strained resources and environment worsening social problems in the new situation,It worth thinking how to plan urban settlements in the perspective of ecological civilization.This article summarizes the new background and the new requirements of urban settlements planning in the current.lt puts forward the current situation of the urban residential planning and construction.This paper expounds the planning and construction strategy of urban settlements in ecological civilization perspective.It from the site planning,green building design,low carbon transportation planning,low carbon energy,green building materials use,water circulation system,the residents＇ life saving energy,reducing heat island effect and so on eight aspects.
