文章着眼于工业遗产保护的一个重要环节——工业遗产价值评估体系的建立。分别从工业遗产的保护大背景、保护现状、国内外价值评估方法及不足切入;而后引出本文工业遗产价值评估体系的评估策略,包含价值因子的选取及其评定,到最后评估打分定级,均做了详细的阐述;最后以湘潭市各大工业遗产片区为例,对多个工业遗产片区进行价值评定,并进行了详细分析。

This Article focus on an important part of the protection of industrial heritage—the establishment of the evaluation system of industrial heritage. From the protection of industrial heritage, conservation status, domestic and international value assessment methods and problems, and then lead to the evaluation of industrial heritage value system, including the selection and evaluation of value factors, and then evaluate of the industrial heritage, the last take the evaluation of the major industrial heritage areas in Xiangtan City as an example, a detailed analysis of the value of the industrial heritage area.
