生态补偿机制实验带的创建路径初探——以海南南渡江流域为例

The Exploration of the Path to Create Ecological Compensation Mechanism E.B——Taking Nandu River of Hainan as an Example

通过对南渡江流域的实地调查及河域检测,发现作为海南人民的母亲河——南渡江河域近年来由于地方偏重追逐GDP经济效益目标,使得南渡江及其河域生态环境遭受了极大的破坏。该文从课题项目的现状、现状缘由分析等入手,明确提出了淡水河域生态补偿机制实验带创建的路径,以实现经济、社会、生态良性循环互动,以此来真正实现生态海南的绿色崛起。

Through surveying and detecting the Nandu River which is our mother river,there are a lot of damages tothe ecological environment because of only laying particular stress on GDP economic benefit goal for a long time. Thepaper abiding by the present situations,proposes the path to create the fresh water of ecological compensation mecha-nism E.B,to make the economy,the society and the ecological system circulate and development effectively. Withthe help of the ecological compensation mechanism E.B,we will realize the soaring of the ecological civilization.
