台湾农业职业教育对贵州职业教育的启示

Enlightenment of Vocational Education in Taiwan to Guizhou Vocational Education

台湾职业教育较为发达、教育体系完善、师资力量较雄厚,台湾完整的职业教育体系为台湾人才培养提供优越的条件,为台湾经济发展提供了有力保障,职业教育在重视理论教学基础上,更重视实践教学,特别注重学生实际操作能力培养,社会对高技能型人才认可度高,职业教育与国际接轨。贵州职业教育相对较落后,专业技术人才较缺乏,导致经济发展较滞后,贵州是典型山区内陆省份,社会开放程度低。所以,台湾职业教育经验值得借鉴。

Taiwan vocational education is more developed,the education system is perfect,the teacher is strong,Tai-wan complete vocational education system provides a favorable condition for Taiwan＇s economic development and astrong guarantee for the economic development of Taiwan.Vocational education on the basis of theoretical teachingemphasis on practical teaching,focusing on students＇ practical ability training,social recognition of high skilled per-sonnel,vocational education and international standards. Guizhou vocational education is relatively backward,profes-sional and technical personnel is relatively short,resulting in economic development lagging behind. Guizhou is atypical mountainous inland provinces,the degree of social openness is low. Therefore,Taiwan vocational educationexperience is worth learning.
