Libraries are to collect, collate and save the literature data and to provide readers with the use of scientific and cultural education institutions, directly or indirectly reflecting the cultural strength and the foundation of a country as well as the degree of attention to its culture and talents. As library science is in the ascendant, we do a lot of work to catch up with or exceed the pace of the world; we need to spare no effort to find, train and attach importance to talents, strive to make the library staff continue to improve the quality and ability, promote the development of libraries to a new realm and pour into a valuable humanistic and academic spirit for the cause of the library and into the positive energy for the scientific and cultural development of the whole nation.
