大白菜品种对陕西省太白县根肿病的抗性鉴定

Identification of Chinese Cabbage Cultivars' Resistance to Clubroot Disease from Taibai County, Shaanxi Province

为明确陕西省太白县塘口村大白菜根肿病发病区根肿菌的生理小种和大白菜品种对根肿病的抗性差异,采用Williams鉴别系统对采自塘口村的根肿病菌进行生理小种鉴定,采用室内人工接种和田间自然发病鉴定方法研究了32份大白菜品种对根肿病的抗性。结果表明,塘口区的大白菜根肿菌为7号生理小种。32个参试品种中有5个经大田和人工2种方法鉴定均表现免疫,其病情指数均为0,即‘百慕田CR-D25’、‘CR金将军’、‘CR金山’、‘CR兴春’和‘CR中联金宝’。这5个品种可作为塘口村抗根肿病主栽品种及育种中的抗源使用。

This study aims to clarify physiological races and the level of resistance to Plasmodiophora brassicae in Chinese cabbage cultivars. Williams system was used to identify the main physiological races of P.brassicae collected from main disease regions in Taibai County. The resistance of thirty two Chinese cabbagecultivars to clubroot disease was evaluated under field conditions in Taibai County and artificial inoculationconditions in greenhouse. The results indicated that the strain of pathogens was race 7 in this region. Fivecultivars including‘Baimutian＇,‘Jinjiangjun＇,‘Jinshan＇,‘Xingchun＇and‘Zhonglianjinbao＇were resistantto race 7 in Taibai and the average disease index was zero. These cultivars could be used as predominantspecies and breeding materials in clubroot infected regions of Taibai in Shanxi Province.
