摘要 介绍了用于异质结(HIT)太阳能电池电极印刷材料——低温固化导电银浆的制备方法,并系统讨论了银粉形貌、基体树脂可靠性、触变剂等对HIT银浆性能的影响。通过对银浆体电性能、耐老化性、流变性、印刷性以及焊接性的研究,结果显示:3~4μm的片型银粉具有良好的导电性与印刷通过性,以酚醛型环氧树脂作为黏结相可以使导电银浆具有耐高温、耐候性,银浆经过触变调整后,可以印制线型良好、体电阻较小的栅线,并可以经受焊接和室外长期使用。 This paper introduces the preparation methods of low temperature curing conductive silver paste for printing HIT solar cell electrodes.Through the study of electrical conductivity,aging endurance,thixotropy,printability and weldability,the impact of silver partical morphology,matrix resin reliability and the reology agent on HIT silver paste were systematically discussed.The results show that silver flakes with the diameter of 3—4μm have good conductivity and through ability,and phenolic-type epoxy resin can provide good weather and heat endurance.After the modification of reology agent,low resistivity grid lines with good shape,long-term outdoor application and welding endurance could be prepared.
