摘要 为解决大涝坝集气处理站污水倒运费用高和DLK 8井注水水质不达标的问题,通过优化DLK 8井注水流程并新增微生物污水处理流程,使处理后的污水达到DLK 8井污水回注的要求。DLK 8井注水流程优化后,不仅解决了大涝坝集气处理站污水倒运费用高和DLK 8井注水水质不达标的问题,还提高了污水处理水质,实现了DLK 8井的有效注水,保持了大涝坝1号构造地层压力,使连通采气井组单井产量及油压稳中有升,含水稳定。微生物污水处理技术应用后不仅年减少污水倒运费用31万元,同时降低了反凝析,提高了地层采出程度。 In order to solve the problem that waste water transportation costs of Dalaoba gas gathering station is high and quality of water injected into Well DLK8 can not meet relative standards, conducted is optimization on water injection process of Well DLK8 and applied is a new microbial waste water treatment process so as to make the quality of treated waste water meet requirements of Well DLK8 water injection.Through water injection process optimization, waste water transportation costs of Dalaoba gas gathering station has been reduced obviously,quality of treated waste water has been improved greatly and pollution of waste water on the environment has been relieved efficiently. Due to application of microbial waste water treatment technology, efficient water injection has been realized in Well DLK8, Dalaoba No. 1 tectonic strata pressure is kept, retrograde condensation is lowered and the strata gas recovery is improved.
