安徽消费者对转基因食品的认知与购买分析 被引量:3

摘要 为了解安徽省消费者对转基因食品的认知程度及购买意愿,通过实地调查、问卷调查以及现场宣讲等方式,对合肥、芜湖、宣城、安庆、阜阳等城市的消费者进行了调查。调查结果表明,安徽省消费者对转基因食品的认知程度较低,24%从未听说过转基因食品,但消费者的购买意愿却不低,倾向于购买转基因食品的消费者占33.80%。依据调查结果反映的问题,提出了针对不同年龄、学历人群采取不同宣传方式,建立转基因食品动态监管追溯体系等加强对转基因食品管理的建议。 In order to understand consumers’ cognition degree and purchase intention of genetically modifiedfoods in Anhui Province, consumers of five cities(Hefei, Wuhu, Xuancheng, Anqing, Fuyang) wereinvestigated by field surveys, questionnaires, on-site lectures and so on. The results showed that consumers inAnhui Province had relatively low cognition degree of genetically modified foods, 24% consumers had neverheard of them. But the purchase intention was not low, 33.80% consumers tended to buy genetically modifiedfoods. Finally, some suggestions, such as adopting various approaches with respect to consumers of differentgroups of age and education, establishing the archives of food production and processing enterprises, carryingout the regional regulatory responsibility, setting up the dynamic regulatory traceability system and themechanism of risk communication of genetically modified foods, were proposed to strengthen the managementof genetically modified foods.
