广东高尔夫球场草坪草中2种寄生线虫的形态和分子特征(英文) 被引量:2

Morphological and molecular characterization of two species of plant-parasitic nematodes associated with golf turfgrasses in Guangdong,China

摘要 2013年从广东省2个高尔夫球场(广州荔湖和珠海翠湖)草坪草根际土壤中采集了8个土壤样品,采用糖离心法从土样中分离获得2种植物寄生线虫.依据线虫形态特征和测量值,并通过线虫18S和28S r DNA序列特征分析,将所获2种线虫鉴定为双宫螺旋线虫〔Helicotylenchus dihystera(Cobb,1893)Sher,1961〕和异盘中环线虫〔Mesocriconema xenoplax(Raski,1952)Loof&De Grisse,1989〕.其中,异盘中环线虫为中国高尔夫球场草坪草新记录种. By using centrifugal sugar flotation method,two species of plant-parasitic nematode were recovered from eight soil samples collected from around roots of turfgrasses in two golf courses( Lihu and Cuihu) in Guangdong province,China in 2013. These two nematode species were identified as Helicotylenchus dihystera( Cobb,1893) Sher,1961 and Mesocriconema xenoplax( Raski,1952) Loof & De Grisse,1989 based on morphometrics,morphological and molecular characters. M. xenoplax is new record from golf turfgrasses in China.
