摘要
采用高温固相法在碳块还原下制备了铕离子掺杂焦磷酸镁钡荧光粉:Ba Na Mg P_2O_7:Eu^(2+),并对样品的结构、荧光性能以及不同浓度Eu^(2+)掺杂对样品发光性能的影响进行了研究.X-射线衍射分析表明Eu^(2+)的掺入没有改变Ba Mg P_2O_7的基质晶相,合成的荧光粉为纯相;荧光光谱分析表明该荧光粉的最大激发及发射波长分别为300和400 nm;且Eu^(2+)的掺杂浓度为4%时该荧光粉具有最佳发光强度.
Eu2+doped Ba Na Mg P2O7 phosphors were prepared under carbon-reduction by a solid-state reaction at high temperature. The structure characterization,luminescence spectra and the influence of Eu2+doping concentration over the luminous intensity were investigated. From the powder X-ray diffraction( XRD) analysis,the formation of single-phased Ba Mg P2O7 with a monoclinic structure was confirmed. In the photoluminescence spectra,the Ba Na Mg P2O7: Eu phosphor were excited at 300 nm and emitted at 400 nm,respectively. The optimum doping concentration of Eu2+ions in Ba Na Mg P2O7: Eu2+excited at 300 nm wavelength is 4%.
