摘要
以H公司为例,通过运用AHP将人事考核由原来的定性描述转变成定量比较,通过评价因子的确定,评价层次的建立,从而建立起科学合理的人事考核的综合评价体系,提升民营企业的人事考核评价水平。民营企业人事考核评价体系已经在H公司实际运用,得到该公司高层管理者的认可。
As in H company, with the application of AHP, the qualitative description is replaced by the quantitative comparison for the personnel evaluation. With the determination of evaluation factors and the establishment of evaluation level,a scientific and reasonable personnel evaluation system is established,thus raising the level of personnel evaluation in private- owned enterprises. This method has been applied in the management of H company and has been approved by the company managers.
