Study on the Approach to the Quality Cultivation of Higher Vocational College Students Based on the School-Enterprise Cooperation

随着高等职业教育的发展和社会对人才需求的进一步提高,探寻在校企合作中高职学生素质培养途径,成为高校人才培养质量、企业可持续发展、高职学生成才的不竭动力,也能够为校企双方在人才培养方向、目标和质量等方面提供可以借鉴的方案。

Owing to the growing demand of society for talents and the development of higher vocational education,study of the approach to the quality cultivation of students in the education based on the cooperation between schools and enterprises becomes the inexhaustible driving force for the cultivation quality of colleges and sustainable development of enterprises. It also provides reference for both schools and enterprises in terms of talent training goal,its aim and quality.
