摘要
本文研究了某电厂350MW机组运行过程中火检冷却风系统优化的必要性与可行性,分析了机组设备运行状态和机组主保护运行的安全性,提出了锅炉火检冷却风由冷一次风的方案,并成功的进行了改造和试验,得出了某电厂350MW机组火检冷却风机停运备用,火检冷却风由冷一次风的优化结论,对其它同类型机组火检冷却风系统的运行优化有一定的借鉴作用。
The paper studied the necessity and feasibility of flame detection cooling air system optimization of 350 MW unit operation in one power plant, analyzed the equipment running state and safety of the main protection operation of the unit, proposed the scheme of flame detection cooling air by primary wind. Through the successful transformation and test, the conclusion of the optimization of flame detection cooling air by primary wind was achieved which had?certain reference function for the flame detection cooling air system optimization of other same type units.
