摘要
介绍了酒钢130×3m2、265m2烧结机烟气脱硫工艺的设计特点及工艺流程,阐述了投产以来出现的生产运行各类问题,通过分析、制定和实施必要的设备消缺、整改、工艺改进措施,较快地实现了脱硫系统的安全、稳定运行,各项指标均达到了设计要求。
The design characteristics and technological process of flue gas desulphurization process of 130×3 m^2 and 265 m^2 sintering machines were introduced in this paper. The production and operation various problems were described. Through analysis, formulation and implementation of the rectification, process improvement measures, the safe and stable operation of the desulfurization system was realized, and all the indexes met the design requirements.
