煤气流量测量的准确性对工业生产过程中的能源消耗、成本核算起着至关重要的作用。由于焦炉煤气具有热值高的特点,被广泛应用于钢铁企业。酒钢的焦炉煤气由于脱硫、脱尘效果不好,煤气品质较差,硫化氢、萘含量超标,影响整个焦炉煤气系统数据结算。本文介绍酒钢焦炉煤气在计量过程中存在的问题,通过解决存在的关键性问题来提高煤气介质计量的准确性,保证用能单位结算数据的准确和可靠,实现合理用能、节约用能,降低排放,提高效益和保护环境的目的。

The accurate measurement of the gas flow plays a very important role in the energy consumption and cost accounting during the industry production. And the coke oven gas is widely used in the iron and steel industry because of its high heat value. JISCO＇s coke oven gas contains over standard hydrogen sulfide and naphthalene and the result of desulfurization and dedusting are not satisfied, so the account settling of the coke oven gas is affected. Through introducing the problems during JISCO＇s coke oven gas measuring, the paper raises a solution to improve the accuracy of the gas measuring as a media, so that unit account settling data accuracy and reliability are ensured, and the goals of reasonable energy using, energy saving, discharge reducing, economic performance improving and environment protection can be realized.
