短信教育对社区慢性心力衰竭患者服药依从性的影响

Improving Medication Adherence in Chronic Heart Failure Combined with Short Message Service-based Health Education Reminders in Community of Luoyang

目的探讨短信教育干预对于改善社区慢性心力衰竭患者服药依从性的效果。方法选择2014年6月至2014年12月某社区100位需要长期服药的慢性心力衰竭患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组由社区护士给予常规健康教育,观察组在此基础上由社区护士通过短信教育定期发送服药相关常识、服药提醒和心脏疾病健康教育知识等进行干预,干预时间为3个月。对比两组服药依从性Morisky评分、6 min步行试验距离、心血管事件再入院率等情况。结果通过短信教育干预,观察组服药依从性Morisky评分(2.38±0.86)低于对照组(2.95±0.79),6 min步行试验距离高于对照组(443.83±72.25 Vs 420.66±42.86),心血管事件再入院率低于对照组(6%Vs 20%),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论互动式短信教育可有效提高社区慢性心力衰竭患者的服药依从性。

Objective To investigate the effect of short message service-based health education on medication compliance of patients with chronic heart failure disease. Methods 100 patients who were diagnosed with chronic heart failure disease in the community from June to December 2014 were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group（ 50 patients in each group）. The control group received regular medication guide,and the intervention group received regular medication guide and short message service-based health education for 3 months. The short message education included the medicine knowledge,drug reminder message,heart disease health education,and so on. There were contrasted the Morisky score of medication compliance,6 min walk test and the readmission rate of cardiovascular events.Results The Morisky score of medication compliance and the readmission rate of the intervention group were remarkable lower than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）. The distances of 6 min walk test of the intervention group were higher than that of the control group（ 443. 83 ± 72. 25 Vs420. 66 ± 42. 86,P〈0. 05）.Conclusion Short message health education could effectively improve the medication adherence of the patients with chronic heart failure disease in the community of Luoyang.
