会话分析视角下言语不礼貌现象探析

Exploration of Verbal Impoliteness under the Framework of Conversation Analysis

立足于汉语戏剧会话语料,从话步结构出发,探讨不礼貌言语的语篇性和动态性,从初始话步、拓展话步和结束话步几个方面,分析了不礼貌会话触发、拓展乃至结束的动态发展情况,并基于人际交际的和谐取向,提出一些既能维护自身面子又能缓和冲突的回应策略,如转换话语角色、提供解释及忽略面子攻击等。从话步结构出发,分析言语不礼貌现象,有助于识解言语冲突的运行机制,为妥善应对并实现和谐交际提供借鉴。

Verbal impoliteness is quite common in interaction and its negative influence shouldn＇t be ignored.This paper probes into the dynamics of impoliteness in discourses by analyzing its initiating move,continuing move and terminating move,thus shedding lights on the triggering,responses and final resolution of impoliteness.What＇s more,based on the rapport orientation in interaction,this paper also proposes some strategies of responding to impoliteness,which includes role-switching,offering explanations and ignoring face attack,etc.By exploring the move structures of impoliteness,it is hoped that the operating mechanism of verbal impoliteness can be revealed so as to promote the harmonious interaction.
