建筑企业信息化管理的分析方法与实证研究——以江苏某建筑企业为例

Analysis Methods and Empirical Research on Information Management of Construction Enterprises:Taking a Jiangsu Construction Enterprise as an example

建筑企业信息化管理最为薄弱,尚未形成较为实用并且科学的系统管理方法。基于WSR方法论,建立了建筑企业信息化管理评价的分析模型;以江苏某建筑企业为案例,对公司的绩效管理体系和薪酬管理体系进行了系统分析,并提出了提高该公司信息化管理水平的对策建议。

Information management is the weakest link in construction enterprise management.The construction enterprise information management has some achievements in China,but it has not formed a more practical and scientific system management method.Based on WSR methodology theory,this paper establishes the analysis model of construction enterprise＇s information management evaluation.Taking the case of a Jiangsu construction enterprise,the company＇s performance management system and salary management system are analyzed systematically,and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the level of information management in the company.
