The paper expounds the general situation of the development and utilization of Lianyungang coastal resources.It analyzes the problems existing in the development and utilization of Lianyungang coast under the background of rapid coastal and marine economic development.Then it puts forward the countermeasures of scientific planning and optimization of marine industry layout,establishing the integrated coastal zone management mechanism and ecological compensation mechanism for costal development.
