摘要
教育信息化正在解构大学英语传统教学模式,给大学英语教师的职业发展带来极大挑战。在这种情况下,大学英语界应该确立大学英语教学的学科地位,强化服务专业培养意识。大学英语教师需要转变观念,转换角色,接受并适应教育信息化的发展。
The challenges against English teachers＇ career development resulting from education informationization are analyzed.The corresponding strategies such as the establishment of the discipline of college English teaching,active engagement in the systems of talent cultivation,and adjustment for the inevitable change are also put forward.
