摘要
本研究采用自行编制的、经检验的开放教育学生心理健康服务需求调查问卷,通过分层随机抽样的方式,对上海开放大学系统的591名学生进行调查,发现开放教育学生的心理健康服务需求较为明显,在需求服务意识上存在一定误区,最需要解决人际关系问题,最常选择的方式是阅读专业书籍或自己解决,最倾向于求助的公众对象是私人健康专家,是否接受服务的最大影响因素是费用的承受度。服务需求在年龄、婚姻、户籍、工作年限、从事行业、专业等方面存在显著差异。因此,开放教育中要重视学生心理健康工作,提高心理健康服务工作的效率与质量。
A questionnaire was independently constructed and validated to survey open education students' s need of mental health service. 591 students from Shanghai Open University were then randomly stratified and sampled to be polled. Results revealed that:(1) while their need of such service was great, their awareness was not strong enough;(2) what most concerned them was interpersonal relationship;(3) source of solution they resorted to most frequently was either professional books or themselves;(4) other assistance for which they mostly inclined to seek was private health experts;(5) what they considered most to whether accept the service was fees; and(6) there were significant differences between learners of divergent age, marriage status, household register, career period, and discipline. These findings indicated that great importance shall be attached to learners' mental well-being, and diversified activities and approaches shall be explored to improve service in this respect.
