慢性肾病患者住院医疗费用负担分析

Distribution and influence factors of medical expenditure in inpatients withchronic kidney disease

目的:分析慢性肾病患者住院医疗费用的分布和影响因素,探讨慢性肾病医疗付费方式的改革。方法利用问卷调查和专家访谈法,采用单因素相关分析等方法分析武汉市6家三甲综合医院的531名住院患者住院医疗费用及其影响因素。结果患者的年龄、患者是否患有高血压以及患者的医疗保障程度是患者住院医疗费用的影响因素。结论要加强慢性肾病的早期防治、提高慢性肾病患者的保障水平和探索医保支付方式改革。

Objective To explore an optimal payment system in inpatients with chronic kidney disease by analyzing the distribution and influence factors of medical expenditure. Methods Questionnaire and insider depth interview and uni-variate correlation mthods were performed to study the influence factors of medical expenditure in 531 inpatients from six comprehensive hospitals in Wuhan.Results Age,Whether the patient was suffering from hypertension,and the level of medical insurance for inpatients were influence factors for the medical expenditures. Conclusion The early prevention and treatment of chronic kidney disease should be enhanced,the level of medical insurance should be improved,and the reimbursement methods should be explored.
