基于校企合作的实践教学模式改革的探索

On the Exploration of Practice Teaching Based on School-enterprise Cooperation

目前,应用型本科院校的人才培养方案大多带有明显的传统教育理念,延用的大都还是陈旧的教育教学模式,对实践教学地位认识不够,对实践教学的内容设置不够科学,对实践教学实施缺少过程及质量控制,校企合作程度不深。因此,应该对接企业,共同修改并完善应用型人才培养方案;通过校企深度合作,建立良好的学生实践教学环境;与企业共建高水平高素质的"双师型"师资队伍;改变实践教学的考试方式,建立新的评价体系。

Most talent training programs used in application-oriented universities are still greatly affected by some traditional educational ideas and adopt out-of-date teaching modes. These programs do not place emphasis on practice teaching,which leads to a series of problems like unscientific curriculum,teaching procedures lacking of process and quality control,insufficient school-enterprise cooperation,etc. Therefore,universities should revise the training program by deepening school-enterprise cooperation,setting up sound practice teaching environment for students,co-building high-level double-expertise faculty,building new evaluation systems for practice teaching.
