基于主体功能定位的民族地区旅游发展研究——以雷山县为例

Study on Tourism Development Based on Main Function Positioning in Ethnic Regions——A case for Leishan County

主体功能区划战略的实施,使得旅游业成为重要生态功能区的支柱产业和朝阳产业,地处生态功能区内的民族地区纷纷将旅游业培育为新的国民经济增长点。在限制开发的背景下,民族地区旅游业发展的机遇与挑战并存,以贵州省重要生态功能区雷山县为案例研究,基于其限制开发的主体功能定位,剖析了其旅游发展状况,并结合其旅游资源的空间分布特点,构建出"一心一环四组团"的未来旅游发展空间格局。从产业规划,人才培养、队伍建设、科技创新、行业标准化建设,产业组织管理体系建设等方面提出旅游发展建议。

Implementing of main function areas strategy make tourism became the pillar industries and the sunrise industry of important ecological function areas, and the tourism will be cultivated as a new national economic growth point by ethnic regions that are located in ecological function areas. Under the background of restricted development, there are opportunities and challenges of the development of tourism in ethnic regions. The tourism development state is analysed and tourism development space pattern of one center and one ring and four groups in the future is constructed combined with its spatial distribution feature of tourism resources, to the important ecological function areas in Leishan County of Guizhou Province case, based on main function positioning of restricted development. Therefor, the tourism development suggestions are proposed from industrial planning, personnel training, team building, scientific and technological innova- tion, industry standardization construction, industrial organization and management system construction and so on.
