摘要
目的建立陈皮总黄酮测定方法,同时对其水煎煮的提取动力学过程进行模拟,建立其动力学方程并进行验证。方法采用紫外分光光度法,对其方法学进行考察;使用该方法测定不同提取时间和溶剂倍量下陈皮水提液中总黄酮浓度,以简化的数学动力学模型为基础,推算出方程参数并进行方程拟合。结果橙皮苷在0.004712~0.03534 mg/m L具有良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=30.877X-0.0072,r=0.9991,平均回收率为99.98%,RSD=1.77%;拟合的动力学模型结果为:CB=(8.3223×t0.5/M-2.8401)0.5902,验证结果良好。结论陈皮总黄酮测定方法稳定可行,重现性好。模型适用并能良好的描述陈皮水提取的动力学过程。
Objective To establish the determination method for total flavonoids in dried tangerine peel and simulate its dynamical process of decoction extraction in order to establish the dynamical equation. Methods Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to investigate its methodology. And this method was used to determine concentration of total flavonoids in different extraction time( t) and solvent load( M). Based on the simplified model,correlation parameters were deduced and the equation was fitted.Results Hesperidin had good linear relation in the range of 0. 004712 ~ 0. 03534 mg / m L( Y = 30. 877X-0. 0072,r = 0. 9991),the average recovery was 99. 98%,and RSD was 1. 77%. The fitting dynamical model was as follows: CB=( 8. 3223 × t0. 5/ M- 2. 8401)0. 5902,and with satisfactory verification result.Conclusion The determination method for total flavonoids in dried tangerine peel was stable,feasible and repeatable. The model was applicative,which could describe the dynamical process of water-extraction for dried tangerine peel well.
