艾滋病合并肺部感染中医证型研究进展

Research progress in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of acquired immune deficiency syndrome complicated with pulmonary infection

艾滋病合并肺部感染的治疗过程中因其病因复杂,临床症状多样,辨证分型及临床疗效评价标准不统一,有碍于中医药在防治艾滋病方面的推广应用。本文根据近年来艾滋病合并肺部感染相关文献进行归纳分析,结合既往临床及实验体会,从中医证型角度探讨AIDS患者合并肺部感染的病因病机、辨证治疗及证型分布等相关研究。在研究中提出临床较为常见的证型并进行归纳,梳理,对影响其分布的因素进行总结,探讨证型分布与病因病机之间的相互联系,并对辨证治疗的疗效进行收集分析。为进一步临床应用和推广,优化艾滋病合并肺部感染的中医及中西医结合治疗方案提供依据,为形成中医临床路径提供参考。

Acquired immune deficiency syndrome（ AIDS） complicated with pulmonary infection as one of the refractory problem,with complex etiology and diverse Traditional Chinese Medicine（ TCM）clinical syndrome,which hamper the application of TCM for AIDS. We investigated the etiological factors,pathology and TCM syndromes by systematically reviewing the studies on the AIDS complicated with pulmonary infection. We put forward and summarized the common TCM syndromes,discussed the factors of the TCM syndromes distribution,explored the correlation of the distribution and etiology,analyzed the efficacy of treatment based on TCM syndrome to provide evidence-based advise for the treatment and Chinese medicine clinical pathway.
