肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞与肺癌免疫靶向治疗 被引量:2

摘要 肺癌是全世界范围内肿瘤相关死亡的首要原因[1-2],其具有恶性程度高、早期发现率低、死亡率高的特点。约80%~85%新确诊肺癌病例为非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)(其中包括腺癌、鳞癌及大细胞肺癌),并且多数患者在确诊时已处于不可切除或不可治愈的阶段[3]。
