西南地区首例支气管热成形术治疗难治性哮喘的围手术期护理 被引量：5

摘要 哮喘的发病率为1%~18%,全球约有3亿患者,中国约有1千万以上的哮喘患者,难治性哮喘约占哮喘人群的5%~10%[1-2],针对该类患者,支气管热成形术（bronchial thermoplasty,BT）是新近出现的一项非药物治疗方法[3]。它的原理是通过热能减少支气管平滑肌的数量,以减轻气道痉挛,这种方法从根本上改变了我们每天重复给药的治疗模式,
