摘要
细胞迁移在生物体胚胎发育、伤口愈合、免疫应答、细胞分化和癌症转移等众多生物过程中起着非常关键的作用。该文对目前常用的体外细胞迁移实验进行了总结,主要包括横向迁移实验、纵向迁移实验、人体真实环境模拟实验,并综述了基于体外细胞迁移实验开展的环境污染物对细胞迁移的影响研究,展望了体外细胞迁移实验在环境毒理学评价方面的应用前景。
Cell migration plays a very crucial role in the biological process, such as organism embryonic development, wound healing, immune response, cell differentiation and cancer metastasis. This paper summarized the different approaches of in vitro cell migration experiments, including horizontal migration assays, vertical migration assays and 3-dimensional analogue migration assays. The effects of environmental pollutants exposure on in vitro cell migration assays were also reviewed, and the feasibility of application in toxicological evaluation of environmental pollutants is prospected.
