摘要
以提高风电机组调度可靠性为目标,提出一种考虑风电机组运行健康度的风电场功率优化调度策略。首先提出一种基于风电场数据采集与监视控制系统(SCADA)监测数据的风电机组健康状态评估策略,利用综合劣化度对机组的健康状况进行总体评估,为功率调度决策过程提供辅助依据。针对风电场实际运行中对机组启停以及功率控制的要求,结合机组健康度信息,建立风电场功率调度的复合目标多步优化模型,并设计基于遗传算法的求解策略。最后通过详细的算例验证了所提策略对改善运行风电机组的整体健康程度,优化机组的启停计划、提高风电场功率控制可靠性具有良好作用。
Improving the scheduling reliability of wind turbine was set as the goal, a simulation scheduling strategy of wind farm power was proposed based on considering operation health condition evaluation of wind turbine. Firstly, the evaluation strategy of operation health condition of wind turbine was proposed based on supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system to monitor data, which adopted the comprehensive inferior degree to evaluate the unit' health condition. And the evaluation results provided the basis for the wind farm scheduling to provide auxiliary basis for the decision-making process. Secondly, concerning on the requirement of on-off switching state and power control in the wind turbine actual operation, and combining with the unit' healthy condition, a composite multi-step optimization model was established. Then a solution strategy was designed based on the genetic algorithm. Finally, the presented strategy was verified through the example for improving the overall operating health, optimizing the on-off schedule of the wind turbine and improving the power control reliability of wind farm.
