摘要
为了能够从系统上满足某车型对助力转向大转矩的要求,从理论上推导出系统匹配参数,在此基础上设计了电动助力转向系统(EPS)的减速机构,并利用有限元分析方法对减速机构中的蜗轮蜗杆传动做接触非线性分析,从理论上验证了设计的合理性。经过实车试验,EPS系统满足使用需求。
In order to achieve the requirement of big power steering torque for a vehicle, the EPS parameters were calculated according to the vehicle datum. The reduction of worm wheel and worm mechanism for the EPS was designed on the basis of systematic matching parameters. Nonlinear contact finite element analysis was performed on the worm gearing in the reducing mechanism, and the reliability was verified theoretically. The running test showed that the EPS could meet the requirement for the vehicle.
