摘要
由对应车型工况得到副车架的12种工况,对各工况的受力情况进行对比,选取两个危险工况对副车架进行静力分析,找出应力分布较小的部件,此部件在危险工况下的变形特征为旋转,故对其进行旋转刚度质量系数分析,以研究结构尺寸参数对旋转刚度的影响,进而提出轻量化改进方案,并经同工况下的有限元静力分析验证了改进效果。
Twelve working conditions of subframe were obtained from a corresponding passenger car. Stress comparisons were performed among all working conditions. Two dangerous working condition of subframe were selected to perform static analysis. The part with smaller stress was found out by finite element analysis. The deformation features of this part under dan- gerous conditions was torsion. Therefore, the quality factor of torsional rigidity was analyzed to study the influence of the struc- tural features on the torsional rigidity. And then the lightweight improvement project was put forward. The improvement was ver- ified by static finite element analysis under the same working condition.
