摘要
目的了解25Gy137cs射线辐照后对高海拔地区保存期内的悬浮红细胞的影响,确定出适合本地区的辐照悬浮红细胞的保存有效期。方法将20袋悬浮红细胞在密闭状态下平均分装成2袋(1 U)并分成辐照组(经25Gyr射线辐照)与未辐照组,与不同时间检测2组悬浮红细胞细胞外K+、Na+、上清液游离血红蛋白(FHb)含量及溶血率。结果随着储存时间的延长,2组悬浮红细胞储存14 d时FHb(1.40±0.05)g/L、K+(48.6±1.85)mmol/L,均有所提高,而Na+有不同程度的减少,溶血率在规定储存时间内符合要求,并且随着储存时间的延长2组悬浮红细胞各检测指标辐照组与未辐照组之间存在显著性统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论西宁地处高海拔地区,由于红细胞脆性较大,因此库存的悬浮红细胞,经25Gyr射线辐照后,有效期控制在辐照后<10 d,其输注效果最佳。
Objective To understand the influence of red blood cells in additive solution during 25Gy137 cs ray irradiation and to determine the appropriate suspension period for red blood cells in additive solution( RBCIAS) in this region.Methods Twenty bags of RBCIAS in a closed state were distributed into two bags,and divided into irradiated and non-irradiated groups. Suspension exoerythrocytic K^+ and Na^+,supernatant free hemoglobin( FHb) and hemolysis were recorded at different times. Results With the extension of storage time,the FHb and K^+ concentration in the two groups of RBCIAS( composed of RBC and MAP liquid) increased. However,there were various degrees of reduction in Na^+. The rate of hemolysis met the requirements within a specified storage time. With the extension of storage time,the indexes of RBCIAS in both irradiated and non-irradiated group demonstrated a significant statistical difference. Conclusion Xining is located in high altitude areas where red blood cells can brittle. Therefore,red blood cell suspension irradiated by 25 Gy ray can provide the best infusion within 10 days after irradiation.
