2013-2014年江苏省采供血机构质控实验室室间质评结果分析

Analysis of external quality assessment results of blood banks from 2013 to 2014 in Jiangsu province

目的提高江苏省内各采供血机构质控实验室的整体检测能力,强化质控实验室对采供血过程的监控效果,提高血液制剂的安全性和有效性。方法对自愿参评的质控实验室发放室间质评样品,对上报结果按PT及SI 2种方式进行评价。结果 2014年RBC、Plt、Hb、Hct和总蛋白检测结果 PT成绩分别为96.30%、87.04%、94.44%、72.22%、97.22%,显著低于2013年的97.78%、95.56%、97.78%、100%、100%;2014年3个批号的FⅧ:C和Fbg检测优秀率分别为70.6%、67.6%、73.5%,比2013年2个批号的FⅧ:C和Fbg检测优秀率66.7%、60.0%高;亚甲蓝含量检测2014年3个样品检测优秀率分别为75.0%、68.7%、87.5%。结论采供血机构质控实验室室间质评的开展非常必要,通过室间质评的开展,能够促进各实验室检测能力的提高。

Objective To analyze the results from external quality assurance（ EQA） regarding blood products in the last two years in blood banks of Jiangsu province and to evaluate and improve testing effectiveness in quality control laboratories.Methods Quality control samples were allocated to each of the quality control labs. The results were evaluated by PT and SI index scores. Results The PT scores of RBC,Plt,Hb,Hct and total protein in 2014 were lower than those of previous year,while the excellent rates of FⅧ： C and Fbg were higher in 2014. The excellent rates of methylene blue test results on three samples in 2014 were 75. 0%, 68. 7% and 87. 5%.Conclusion The quality control laboratories should enhance monitoring. Through expansion on external quality assessment,improvement can be seen in the ability of blood screening in laboratories.
